Emotional Intelligence Games

Introduction to the FELLOWSHIP Emotional Intelligence Games

As an outcome of the project, FELLOWSHIP has developed two innovative games designed to help youth workers improve emotional intelligence skills among young people. These games leverage game-based learning (GBL)—a dynamic and effective approach that combines education with play. By using these tools, youth workers and organizations can engage young people in a meaningful way, equipping them with the skills to succeed in various aspects of life.

The primary aim of these games is to foster emotional intelligence, which plays a crucial role in enhancing performance at school and work, strengthening relationships, improving physical and mental health, and developing social intelligence. By combining enjoyment with education, the FELLOWSHIP games contribute to personal and professional growth for youth worldwide.
